1. The registration fee differs for international and local attendees due to government subsidies provided for local delegates.
2. Only delegates registered for the main Congress may purchase access to the online multimedia content. Access will be provided one month after the Congress.
3. Please note that the registration fees are processed in New Taiwan Dollars (TWD). For reference, the exchange rate between USD and TWD is approximately 1USD : 31NTD. The actual amount charged to your card may vary depending on your bank's prevailing exchange rate and any applicable foreign transaction fees.

Congress Registration Fee includes

1. Access to all Scientific Sessions(Pre-Congress workshops are not included and require separate registration and payment)
2. Access to Exhibition & Poster Areas
3. Coffee Breaks, Lunches and Gala Dinner.
4. Digital copy of abstracts & full program book

Photo Release Policy

Registration implies agreement with Congress photo/video release policy which allows the Congress photographer, videographer and invited media contacts to photograph or videotape participants at the meeting and publish the footage in future print and electronic promotional and archival materials related to the meeting.

Methods of payment

Payments should be made by credit card in the registration system. If you encountered any problems during the payment process, please kindly contact the Secretariat at: hello@apakicrrt2026.com

Official Invitation 

The official invitation letter will be available to download via the registration system after the registration is made.

Cancellation & Refund

All scientific registrants, including those presenting a free paper and poster, must register as full participant and pay the relevant registration fees. Registration will not be confirmed until the committee has received the respective registration fee. To register, please fill in the online registration form. 

1. All cancellations of registration must be done in writing and submitted to the Congress Secretariat by email at hello@apakicrrt2026.com. Cancellation of registration received on or before July 31st, 2026: Cancellations received on or before July 31, 2026 will be eligible for a refund, subject to an administrative fee of NT$1,500. Cancellations received after July 31, 2026 will not be accepted. Refund for cancellations will be made within three months after the Congress.
2. Paid registration fee is not refundable after the stipulated date for whatever reasons including failure to obtain a visa.
3. The registration is NOT transferable under any circumstances.
